The Traffic Commissioner has extensive powers in relation to an individual driver including to revoke, suspend or restrict individual LGV licences and disqualifying you from applying for another licence in the future.  These powers are regularly exercised by the Commissioner in cases of speeding and mobile phone use even on a first conviction.

The Traffic Commissioner also has the same powers to revoke, suspend or restrict operators licences and also disqualify operators from applying for another licence in the future.
